The tension of not being sure

Common advice, especially in the startup world: your idea means nothing until it interacts with the market, ship early and often, iterate.

I know this advice inside and out. The hard part is that I like feeling prepared, and I derive confidence from knowing what I’m doing and saying.

The tension of not being sure is hard. 

I’m working on shortening the amount of time between when I have an idea and when I vocalize it.
